DEADLINE DATES

	Summer Session	Fall Session	Spring Session
Letter of Intent deadline	January 15	April 15	October 1
Issuance of Application materials	April 1	July 1	December 15
Application deadline	June 1	September 1	February 15
Notification of Grant awards	August 15	December 1	May 15

If any of the above dates fall on a holiday or weekend, the next business day will be the deadline. Deadlines will be successfully met when the Letter of Intent or Application is received prior to the close of business on the deadline date.

These dates will be strictly observed and there will be no exceptions.
